License Grant

Upon purchase, Shella Studio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Use the purchased theme on one (1) Shopify store that you own or operate
• Modify the theme for your personal or business use
• Receive free updates for the lifetime of the product

License Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share the theme files with third parties
• Use one license on multiple Shopify stores simultaneously
• Include the theme in any product offered for sale or distribution
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the theme
• Use the theme for any unlawful purpose

Payment & Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through our authorized payment providers. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the payment method provided for all purchases.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all theme purchases. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of your purchase date for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. This guarantee does not apply to themes that have been significantly modified or used in violation of these terms.

Support Services

Each theme purchase includes 6 months of technical support covering:

• Theme installation assistance
• Bug fixes and troubleshooting
• Guidance on theme features and customization

Support does not include custom development, third-party app integration, or modifications beyond the theme's intended functionality.

Intellectual Property

All themes, designs, code, graphics, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Shella Studio and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your license to use purchased themes does not transfer any ownership rights.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our themes are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee that our themes will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all third-party applications. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of our themes.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Shella Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our themes or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific theme in question.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
